What iPhones are supported?

Our software supports absolutely EVERY iPhone ever made, including the latest iPhone 4. Some companies will try to charge you extra just because you have the latest model, this however is not our policy as the software is exactly the same.

What iPhone Firmwares are supported?

Our most recent software (released 30th April 2010) provides an unlock for all iPhones running Apple's latest 4.0.1 firmware. This includes Modem Firmware 05.13.04 on iPhone 2G, 3G, 3GS and the new Bootloader on iPhone 4..

"My iPhone was already unlocked, but I upgraded the firmware and now it's gone, can you help?"

Yes we can! This was a common problem for many of our clients, however after purchasing our software they are now able to use their own sim cards once again.

What if I can't get it to work?

Not to worry, our support team is very knowledgable. Send us a quick email describing your problem. As promised, if we can't manage to resolve your problem and unlock your iPhone, you'll get a full refund.

Do I need to know about unlockings and jailbreaking already?

No, our software is designed for the average iPhone user. The only knowledge you need is how to plug your iPhone into your computer (Windows and Mac supported), and click next a few times!

Where is my download link?

If you dont receive your email within 5 minutes, the most common reason is because our automatic email has gone to your Junk/Spam folder. This is an issue we are working on with Hotmail/Yahoo! at the moment. In the meantime please just make sure you check your Spam/Junk folders first.

Can this damage my iPhone?

It is impossible to break any iPhone just with software, as they have a built in recovery mode, just remain calm and follow the instructions in the guide. Again, should you run into any other trouble, our support team will be happy to assist you.
